The Account Director plays a crucial role in our sales team and is responsible for producing revenue across digital, social, print, and platforms through prospect identification, strategy development, presentation preparation, program package and schedule negotiation, and feedback to management. We’re on the lookout for a driven Sales professional that can take charge of accounts at every level, from direct customers to partner agencies, and provide them with comprehensive strategic solutions encompassing all of our offerings. - Find leads inside the agreed-upon verticals, start conversations, and push to a successful closure.
- Individual sales contributor with proven success in prospecting and selling into the mid-market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising decision-makers at the agency and client levels.
- Inform key internal stakeholders about account status, proposals, staff changes, etc., including split partners, finance, marketing, etc.
- Responsible for producing revenue via the selling of bundled services across mediums such as video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablets, and live events.
- Assist the Marketing Services group in coming up with and implementing innovative strategies for their clientele’s sales needs.
- To drive revenue development and account portfolio strategy, create annual and quarterly business strategies.
- Utilize marketing and sales collateral, including graphic presentations, research reports, and sales support data, to effectively convey the company’s message to customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales communication and negotiating process, including the timely delivery of accurate business estimates, projections, and administrative documentation, and keep upper management updated on progress.
- Create and illustrate for the client a range of feasible solution options.
- a history of meeting deadlines, completing projects on time, and doing thorough follow-up.
- Capable of working on multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks, and keeping track of time effectively while maintaining high standards of quality in all output.
- Superior written and vocal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently and successfully with a wide range of audience sizes.

- A minimum of 2-4 years of outside sales experience with integrated platforms is required.
