The Account Director, a vital member of our sales team, is in charge of generating revenue across digital, social, print, and platform channels by identifying prospects, creating strategic plans, creating presentations, negotiating program packages and schedules, and informing management of any issues or issues that arise. In order to deliver strategic solutions throughout our portfolio of goods, brands, and services, we are searching for a highly driven salesperson who manages all levels of accounts, from clients to different agencies. This person has a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales results.

  • In charge of generating money through the sale of integrated packages on a variety of platforms, including video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablets, and event-based programs.
  • Effectively convey the Company’s message to clients via marketing and sales materials, graphic presentations, research reports, and sales support data.
  • Find potential customers within the predetermined target verticals, interact with them, and push for a successful close.
  • Successful individual sales contributor with a high level of expertise in prospecting and selling to the mid-market.
  • Construct potential outcomes that show the client what is doable.
  • To drive revenue development and strategy throughout the portfolio of accounts, create yearly and quarterly business plans.
  • Assist the Marketing Services group in coming up with and implementing innovative strategies for their clientele’s sales needs.
  • Share account updates, proposal details, and personnel shifts with important internal stakeholders including dividing partners, finance, marketing, etc.
  • Network with key advertising industry decision-makers at both agencies and clients and keep those relationships strong.
  • Facilitate all necessary business negotiations and correspondence, and keep upper management updated with timely and accurate business projections, forecasts, and paperwork.


  • Superior written and vocal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently and successfully with a wide range of audience sizes.
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and pay close attention to detail are all hallmarks of a person with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • a track record of producing work products that are accurate, on schedule, and with good follow-up and follow-through.
  • Outside sales experience with integrated platforms required; 2-4 years minimum.
  • Those who set goals for themselves and work toward their realization must be results-oriented, proactive, and willing to take responsibility for their activities and the outcomes of any issues that emerge.
