The Account Director plays a crucial role in our sales team and is responsible for producing revenue across digital, social, print, and platforms through prospect identification, strategy development, presentation preparation, program package and schedule negotiation, and feedback to management. We’re on the lookout for a driven Sales professional that can take charge of accounts at every level, from direct customers to partner agencies, and provide them with comprehensive strategic solutions encompassing all of our offerings. This individual has a strong desire to succeed in sales and to do better than expected.

Qualifications:
- Connect with the key decision-makers in advertising at both the agency and client levels and keep the dialogue flowing.
- Make quarterly and annual business strategies to guide revenue development and account portfolio strategy.
- Identify potential customers within the predetermined target industries, interact with them, and encourage a sale.
- Facilitate all necessary business negotiations and correspondence, and keep upper management updated with timely and accurate business projections, forecasts, and paperwork.
- Assist the Marketing Services group in coming up with and implementing innovative strategies for their clientele’s sales needs.
- In charge of generating money through the sale of integrated packages on a variety of platforms, including video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablets, and event-based programs.
- Use marketing and sales materials, such as graphic presentations, research reports, and data to support sales, to successfully convey the Company’s message to clients.
- Conceive of, plan, and implement many solutions that show the client what they can achieve.
- Update key internal stakeholders such split partners, finance, and marketing on account developments, new bids, and staffing shifts.
- Independent sales professional who excels at finding new business and closing deals in the middle market.

- Focusing on getting things done, doing what needs to be done, and taking responsibility for issues when they emerge are all crucial to success.
- Possessing superior organizational and project management skills, such as the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively, and paying close attention to detail to guarantee the quality of one’s work.
- Ideally, you’ll have had at least two years of outside sales experience with integrated systems, but four is preferable.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines, delivering quality work, and following through on commitments.
