- Manage high-quality, actionable customer plans and joint business plans for customers and partners (where applicable). Get to know your customers, their needs, and their goals/objectives. Develop a plan to take advantage of these opportunities. A strategy authorized by the customer. Manage on a quarter-to-quarter basis. Implement accounting strategies. Provides a guarantee of participant commitment.
- Brings in new business by doing things like getting referrals, selling solutions, making cold calls, prospecting, planning territories, and building relationships with clients. Builds long-term client relationships with businesses of all sizes.
- Other responsibilities as assigned. Manage communication and internal coordination of the client’s sales support infrastructure: sales support, operations, and executive team.
- Increase sales in the zone by employing consultative sales tactics to overcome client objections. A new business needs strong PR and community networking to flourish.
- Growing our current customer ties and reaching out to new business units, IT groups and departments
- Because business technology is always changing, it takes a lot of work to keep up with new developments in the field. It’s important to find, educate, and build indirect sales channels.
- Account Management team and extended team members’ direct involvement in the client’s strategic goals and escalated service concerns.
- Maintain the connections you’ve established with your clients so that they stay satisfied, their contracts may be extended, and you can continue to profit from them by offering them other items and services.

- Establish pricing for quotations and bids that is compatible with the company’s financial goals by interacting with the appropriate field managers to do so. Always be informed of what your competitors are doing, whether it be in terms of market share, price, or other services.
- a minimum of five years of effective sales experience in a big technical account setting is required, as as knowledge of and experience with managed services, data centers, cloud-IaaS, consulting, and hardware/software solutions.
- Must possess an exceptional desire to seek prospects inside the target customer and to marshal the required resources within the client to guarantee the formulation of a solid solution and the successful execution of the strategy once approved.
- Candidates must be able to communicate well both in writing and verbally. Many sales operations are restricted to these modes of communication, and excellent competency is required. Outstanding presenting abilities are also required. It is essential to be able to communicate effectively and easily to a big group of C-level decision makers.

- While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, we will accept individuals with similar work experience and a high school certificate or GED in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
