Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with our Creative and Advertising departments while also interacting directly with our clients. You will act as a client advocate within the company, championing their cause and ensuring they are receiving effective, compliance advertising.

Qualifications:
- Assist the company’s management team in acquiring new, high-profile advertising clients, and do some light business development and sales work.
- you’ll be drawing on your past work experience to bring on bigger, more difficult clients who are dealing with bigger market problems.
- Create a personal connection with each of our clients rapidly, and identify ways to increase revenue, to help with the maintenance of current advertiser connections.
- Advocating for the usage of our internal advertising technology, Companion, and driving client acceptance of the platform.
- Consult with these marketers and collaborate across many organizational departments using analytics and technology to track the performance of your campaigns.
- Make sure the company offers the highest prices and the most aggressive marketing initiatives to deliver the maximum ROI for both internal and external traffic channels.
- Maintaining client satisfaction by communicating the timeframe and financial repercussions of requested changes to the program’s scope.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue benchmarks and other goals given to you by the leadership team.
- Act as the face of the organization both online and off to drum up new business and manage existing partnerships.
- Insight into and experience with a wide range of traffic-generating channels (email, social media, native advertising, curated lists, paid search, and more) and the ability to help clients solve their most difficult problems through collaborative partnerships.
Skills:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
- Successfully directing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google, Amazon, or a similar platform is required.
- Competence with the Microsoft Office suite is required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Experience leading digital marketing initiatives for at least one year, with track record of success in paid advertising and digital strategy for e-commerce.
