Job Description

Auditing and validating papers requires precision and rigorous attention to detail, as well as knowledge of the accounting standards and fiscal guidelines. Qualifications:

  • Advanced problem-solving and management skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree is needed for this position.
  • The income for this position is based on the level of experience.
  • Examine the payment plan and decide when you’ll make your instalments.
  • Accounting or office management experience, for example.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of financial services industry accounting and reporting, as well as subject matter expertise in accounting and finance.
  • Capacity to deal with All vendor invoices are compared against purchase orders to confirm that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and shipping charges, are accurate.
  • Prepare the relevant documents, including all required information, in order to acquire payment authorization from the department.
  • Prepare voucher documentation and send approvals to the proper departments after matching all incoming files for processing.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of total experience, preferably in a large financial services organization with at least 2 years in public accounting, is required, as well as a demonstrated track record of advancement, management, and commercial success.

Skills:
