The Accounting Clerk makes calculations, validates and posts financial data, and keeps track of financial transactions in accounting records. Prepares reports and correspondence, as well as assisting with inventories.

Qualifications:

• Must have a functional personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the necessary insurance coverage as needed by corporate policy.
• Create checks for accounts payable to be sent out.
• Employers value a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Developed, detect, check, and manage computerized files for Accounts Payable Invoices in this position.
• The candidate should be good with computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and accounting databases.
• Other roles are provided by the General Accounting Manager.
• Credit card receipts and payments must be processed and recorded.
• Performing other clerical duties such as, filing, copying, and collating, and data entry for the accounting department is needed
• Support Payment Processing and Coding Accounts are required.
• The prospective applicant should have great interpersonal skills as well as the ability to organize and conduct a variety of operations with precision and punctuality while working autonomously.
