- Manage client contacts and inquiries, as well as complaints, in a prompt and effective manner.
- General Office Administration: Manage a range of day-to-day office-related chores, including but not limited to phone responsibilities, filing & organizing, and general cleanup, etc., to ensure the Support Office runs well.
- By keeping office records, employee files, and responding to common inquiries regarding corporate policies, assist in the administration and office support responsibilities.
- Throughout the fiscal year, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including as data entry, payroll, invoicing, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting.
- Be sure to regularly update and organize your files and documents.
- Use computers and office equipment including printers, photocopiers, and others to create spreadsheets and perform other office tasks.
- Working together with others to support a team or work group in achieving its objectives is known as collaboration.
- Standard office practices include printing, scanning, and updating documents. In order to run well, the facility requires a plethora of documents that are both made and stored.
- Perform clerical/administrative assignments in accordance with established procedures and under general instruction.
- Make sure there isn’t a lack of paper clips, printer paper, or any other office staples by reporting any shortages you see.
- the capacity to research and comprehend the haulage and carpet padding industries.
- Extensive experience communicating effectively in writing and orally with customers, truck drivers, office personnel, and management.
- expert typist, scribe, and stenographer who can work quickly under pressure.
- a history of working as a secretary or in another administrative role.
- Skills in basic bookkeeping and office procedures are a plus.
