Full-Time Accounts Receivable Manager (Junior Accountant) – Al Bahah
Job Description
Within our wider Finance department, the Junior Accountant post focuses mainly on cash management, T&E, and fixed asset tasks. We have enormous daily cash management obligations because we are a multi-national company with multi-currency accounts. The Junior Accountant is in charge of handling daily cash and associated tasks for all banking accounts, as well as conducting ongoing comprehensive reviews of employee T&E submissions and procedures and maintaining correct fixed asset reporting. This role will need a high degree of accountability, cooperation, problem-solving, and detail-oriented work. The Junior Accountant must be able to operate independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Assists in the preparation of tax packages for businesses and investment organizations for submission to the IRS, including debt sections.
- Contribute to long-term connections with clients.
- Studying current and future laws, ensuring adherence to regulations, and advising management on essential measures, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal obligations.
- Assist in the resolution of accounting issues as they arise and handle concerns in a problem-solving way.
- Complies with partnership agreements and/or management guidelines by maintaining numerous intercompany schedules. Ensures relevant data is collected and recorded (e.g. terms and accounts).
- Creates and updates depreciation schedules and journal entries according to business regulations (e.g. consistent application of accounts and depreciable lives).
- By maintaining the secrecy of financial information, it helps to build confidence and protect operations.
- Determine whether your revenue reporting corresponds to both contract and technical revenue recognition recommendations by examining your contracts.
- Orally and in writing, he has excellent English communication skills.
- Assists with daily cash posting, including documenting electronic wires and book transfers via daily cash receipts, as well as collecting the necessary backup (e.g. distribution calculation, supporting emails).
Skills:
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in accounting or finance is needed to get a job (equivalent experience considered)
- Has strong analytical abilities, is a natural mathematician, and has an excellent attention to detail. Has experience with Great Plains accounting software or ERP systems.
- It is necessary to have one year of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting or financial role.
- VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables are advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
- It’s important to be able to handle a lot of different tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
