Qualifications:

  • Help out in the office by taking care of paperwork, answering typical questions about company policy, and helping with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Standard office practices include printing, scanning, and updating documents. Make notes about how the building is used and store them away.
  • Use office equipment including photocopiers, printers, and computers for tasks like word processing and spreadsheet generation.
  • Data entry, payroll, invoices, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting are all examples of accounting functions that you can be tasked with performing throughout the fiscal year.
  • Respond to customer communications in an accurate and timely manner and investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Carry out clerical and administrative tasks in line with established protocols and with general guidance.

  • General Office Administration: Manage a range of day-to-day office-related chores, including but not limited to phone responsibilities, filing & organizing, and general cleanup, etc., to ensure the Support Office runs well.
  • Keep an eye on the supply of paper clips, stationary, and other office essentials, and let management know if they start running low.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of office operations and fundamental accounting concepts.
  • Proven track record of success in clerical environments, preferably as a secretary.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with clients, truck drivers, office staff, and management.
