Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator with strong communication skills and a positive mindset. Handle office duties, provide courteous and professional assistance by phone, mail, and e-mail, make reservations or travel arrangements, and overall be a helpful and cheerful presence in the workplace to aid management and all visitors to the organization.

Qualifications:
- Collect daily cash receipts, little cash, files, employee records, and more administrative paperwork.
- Involves determining if high-level employees need face-to-face meetings, which may be addressed via phone and access screening. It’s a career that requires a wide range of abilities, from basic to sophisticated.
- Offers general administrative support to projects such as word processing, photocopying, printing arrangements, sending faxes and emails, and ordering project equipment.
- Handles central phone and email inquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate project team member as necessary.
- Handles a wide range of administrative chores for the division’s head, including keeping track of meetings and deadlines, putting together agendas, and collecting records.
- Payroll preparation and review; management and storage of personnel files; requisitioning of supplies; all of the above.
- Benefits Administration jobs include greeting and guiding visitors, assisting coworkers utilizing facilities, and running and maintaining services.
- Investigates, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns, particularly those of a highly sensitive nature. Determines the best course of action to take and attempts to make it a reality.
- You will establish and execute standard communication practices, such as overnighting documents, in this capacity.
- This position’s responsibilities include mail, files, appointments, photocopying, and faxing.
Skills:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, flexibility, and the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.
- Extremely effective time management skills that show you can handle a lot of things at once and pay close attention to every detail.
- Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as web-based applications, are required. Create intricate papers, do research, and maintain databases.
- In order to plan effectively and efficiently, you need to understand business and management principles.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in addition to an associate’s degree from an accredited community institution or university
