Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be an integral component of a rapidly expanding company while also being responsible for scheduling and booking business trips. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, be proactive, a strategic business partner, and have a strong interest in technology.

Qualifications:
- demonstrated capacity for managing many tasks and setting priorities while upholding a dedication to deadlines and long-term objectives.
- You’ll need to draft business documentation for both internal use and distribution to your staff and external clients and investors.
- Responsible for the CEO’s calendar management, including meeting scheduling, resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing calendar events, and conveying urgent requests or modifications to the proper parties.
- You need to be very proactive and well-planned in terms of travel plans and daily schedules.
- Participate in board meetings and help with setup, which includes setting up workstations and presentations.
- Manage the executive team’s communication channels, including call screening, email, and client interaction.
- uses Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) to compile reports, write correspondence, and facilitate the development of presentations.
- Represents the company during receptions and shows guests to their conference rooms when they are meeting with executives.
- Gathers information, conducts analyses, and writes reports for presentation to upper management.
- Depending on the workload, processes administrative tasks including expense reports and invoices and places orders for office supplies.
Skills:
- Proficiency operating standard office equipment including phone, scanner, fax and copier.
- 2+ years of experience assisting executives in a fast-paced environment.
- able to work proficiently with all of the Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- with the ability to maintain productivity despite stress and rapid change (deadlines, etc.)
- Excellent ability to work independently with great multitasking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
