Qualifications:

  • Creates mail, files, appointments, photocopies, faxes, and manages travel arrangements for members of the management team.

  • Manages the Division Head’s calendar, composes and prepares communications, prepares agendas, and compiles documentation.
  • In the Administrative services role, you do day-to-day tasks like paperwork, greeting and directing guests and visitors, helping coworkers who are using the facilities, and running and maintaining services.
  • Hold timely and structured records of daily cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative documents.
  • Other administrative chores include bookkeeping, payroll preparation and review, personnel files, filing systems, supply requisitions, and other administrative tasks.
  • Received calls and emails and directed them to the appropriate team member.
  • Initiates and supervises the adoption of standard correspondence protocols, such as those for overnight paper delivery.
