Qualifications:

- Sets up and keeps track of uniform letter-writing procedures, such as coordinating the overnight shipping of documents.
- Accepted calls and emails and routed them to the appropriate team member.
- Helps projects with a wide range of administrative tasks, such as word processing, photocopying, printing, faxing, and emailing, and also finds project equipment.
- Provides mail, files, schedules appointments, photocopies, faxes, and manages travel arrangements for members of the management team.
- Manages the Division Head’s calendar, composes and prepares communications, prepares agendas, and compiles documentation.
- Tasks like as bookkeeping, payroll preparation and review, information management and storage systems for personnel files, supply requisitioning and other administrative operations may be included in this area.
- Keep daily cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative papers organized.
- Received problems and concerns, especially those of a sensitive nature, are researched, prioritized, and followed up on. Coordinates the proper answer.
- Administrative duties include greeting and guiding guests and visitors, aiding coworkers utilizing facilities, and administering and maintaining services.
Skills:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, adapt to several competing demands, and give the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- In order to plan effectively and efficiently, you need to understand business and management principles.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software, as well as web-based tools like Outlook and Excel. Sort through voluminous documents and databases.
