Job Description
An Implementation Consultant manages Legislative Management initiatives for current and new customers. ICs collaborate with our most established public sector customers to maximize product use. Knowledge of products, attention to detail, flexibility, and a passion for customer success are required. Candidates should have a consultative style and a “”do whatever it takes”” mindset.

Qualifications:
- To guarantee project completion on time and to specification, WBSs and a comprehensive plan (i.e. milestones) are maintained.
- Make that new workflows, scripts, or solutions are tested before they are implemented. Ensure effective completion of more sophisticated account settings by providing project management as needed.
- Organizing and controlling the implementation process is critical, since it allows the customer to be kept informed of the expected completion dates of each stage.
- Provides weekly status updates to project stakeholders on project successes, plans for the following week, and problems needing management and stakeholder attention in order to keep all parties informed.
- A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal or external) advises on choices, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.
- The process of assembling software projects, which includes defining their scope, assigning resources, establishing deadlines, interacting with stakeholders, and detailing the types of testing and maintenance that will be necessary.
- You should look for customers who aren’t using the service enough and provide them advise on how to get back into the habit of using it more often
- Client tools and consultations, such as enablement, communications management, change management, and technical advice, are critical for customers to grasp.
- The key tasks of this role include coordinating and supervising testing, recording and monitoring results, and quickly addressing problems.
- Delivery of the appropriate Company solution as part of the implementation process customizing Company Solutions to meet Client needs allowing the delivery of a solution that works effectively for each customer producing value and optimising development possibilities
Skills:
- Limited senior management supervision; extensive project completion accountability; strong information sharing skills
- In partnership with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external), develops alternative technical or business solutions; advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs. benefits, and effect on other business processes and system priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, MIS, computer science, or project management preferable
- Five years of experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management.
- Responsible for conducting end-to-end configuration testing, organizing and managing Client User Testing, documenting and monitoring test findings, and ensuring problems are fixed in a timely way.
