This position will primarily assist the firm’s advisors in managing their workflow while also delivering excellent service to the firm’s clients. This role will support client relationships by attending to their every need, fielding their questions, preparing advisers for review meetings, and solving any other difficulties or completing any additional work that may arise. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and will work hard in all element of their job.

Qualifications:
- Client services include but are not limited to: opening and closing accounts, granting appropriate powers of attorney and trading authority, integrating life insurance and annuity accounts, completing client registrations, and responding to and fulfilling client service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain current client information in the contact management system and contact database for reporting, scheduling, fee tracking, and marketing.
- Build and manage client files in order to meet regulatory and compliance needs, as well as create and produce reports and databases for file maintenance and record keeping.
- Respond to requests from the firm’s adviser to handle client files, create client forms and reports, and initiate correspondence.
- Regular shredding will ensure that all outdated records are properly disposed of. Securely discard old customer records.
- Maintain any shared office equipment to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, and report any issues to the facilities manager. Make sure that basic supplies, like those for the break room, are never in short supply in the office.
- You will play a crucial role on deal teams, helping to locate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and writing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
- utilizes trading to handle transactions involving equity and fixed-income securities.
- Provide front desk support, such as greeting customers and visitors to the office, answering the phone in a kind manner, and taking detailed messages or directing calls as needed are all essential duties.
- Review all messages sent via electronic means and respond appropriately; deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner and with a focus on swift resolution.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree desired, though work experience and completed college coursework will also be taken into account.
- Capacity to multitask and meet tight deadlines effectively in a high-stakes, high-pressure setting.
- Preferable qualifications include knowledge of Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
- Qualifications between one- and two-years’ experience in finance or a related field (billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability in customer service or client management. This would include identifying client problems/issues, providing and initiating effective resolutions.
