- There are important marketing tools like marketing automation and CRM that you need to know how to use. These tools are used to make, send, and track leads.
- Create clear and actionable business insights for media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership. These findings will inform marketing strategy, finances, creative execution, and media planning.
- Working collaboratively with business teams to discover the most relevant business questions to be addressed in the data, develops recommendations to drive consumer awareness, engagement, contentment, retention, and other business outcomes.
- With the help of primary and secondary research, help Category Marketers come up with a clear, powerful selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheets in Excel
- Creates, delivers, and maintains simple dashboards that empower marketers and other business teams with digital data.
- It is feasible to do sophisticated marketing analysis and data visualization using research from market databases such as Innova, DataSsentials and Technomic as well as Nielsen and Mintel’s data (a plus)
- Monitor and maintain assigned media on a daily basis, which may include SEO, SEM, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and more.
- Successful, creative, and failed products, as well as new product introductions, are analyzed, reviewed, and reported on. Analyze local data, statistics, and consumer trends, then compile them into a presentation for marketing or sales.
- Intelligence is used to generate and analyze hypotheses targeted at improving the digital experience and site performance.
- +3 years of experience using data to generate and measure content and inquiry/conversion marketing performance.
- Concerning issue solving, an ideal candidate should be capable of organizing one’s thoughts into a structured framework before analyzing the situation and formulating possible answers.
- Must be currently permitted to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship and will not require sponsorship in the future.
- In-depth understanding of sponsored search (Google Advertising, Bing), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms.
- Technically proficient, a good communicator, and a desire to improve operations and revenue through digital customer engagement.
