The Accounting Clerk is in charge of ensuring that payroll processing, cash management, and accounts receivable processing and collections are all handled on time and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Credit card receipts and payments should be taken into account to be checked out
• The job applicant should be good with computers, with experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and accounting database navigation.
• Electronic files for Accounts Payable Invoices must be prepared, categorized, scanned, and preserved.
• Accounts payable invoice processing and coding assistance is required.
• Must have a functional personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the necessary insurance coverage as needed by corporate policy.
• The applicant should have outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to organize and handle a wide variety of responsibilities with precision and attention to deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
• The Controller of General Accounting gives other tasks.
• Checks for accounts payable will be created and mailed.
• An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related subject is required.
• Other clerical responsibilities, such as filing, copying, collating, and entering data for the accounting department, are involved.
