Qualifications:
- Producing original consumer promotion and shopper marketing collateral for use in agency, client, and new-business campaigns.
- Maintain the campaign’s creative direction and expectations, making sure they’re appropriate for the client, brand, store, and company’s overall goals.
- Manage creative teams and projects from conception to flawless completion in collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments.
- Contributing ideas and aesthetics to the design of many different projects and campaigns is a great way to get people interested and involved.
- Adhering to brand and campaign requirements ensures output that is consistent with the brand and effective.
- Possess the flexibility to work with different product specifications and the knowledge to negotiate with promotional media providers.
- Accomplish or exceed sales, customer retention, and growth goals.
- Create marketing materials for use in emails, websites, online displays, and other channels as needed.
- Direct a group of artists and wordsmiths in order to provide advertising content that drives sales and reinforces the brand.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings with internal clients, direct project efforts, and offer insight into how to address business challenges.
