Job Description
Project management requires a construction manager who is capable of directing daily operations and aiding the Project Manager, who is ultimately responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction. While working as a Building Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and directing all project team members who are responsible for the construction, installation, and testing of all project-related systems. You’ll be in charge of supervising the project team and subcontractors as they design, purchase, develop, and test all of the communication infrastructure related with the project you’re managing.

Qualifications:
- In order to make sure that safety, quality, deadlines, budgets, and other parameters are being met, it is necessary to keep a close eye on the operations of construction firms that are contracted out.
- The carrier’s point of contact for matters involving the federal, state, and local governments, including the city’s permission and inspection needs, is to establish relationships with government authorities.
- Guidance with the identification and qualification of the many subcontractors suitable for the project, including all site and construction trades.
- A successful subdivision development requires excellent communication with the Sales Counselor on all build-to-suit contracting, spec homes, model upkeep, subdivision maintenance, signage, and any other issues that may occur.
- Proposal requests for revision and other contract documents such as supplemental instructions or additional requests for information
- Supervising the work of tenants, attending meetings, settling disagreements, offering comments, and coordinating the project’s punch list and close-out are all ways to serve as an information resource.
- Carriers’ duties to their tenants are reviewed and ensured, while keeping project costs in check.
- taking the lead in budgetary management of the project’s multiple cost components and establishing early project-specific cost estimates
- Handles the validation process for consultant bills, contractor pay applications, and change orders, and works in conjunction with the Control Manager to ensure that all invoices and contractor pay applications and change orders are properly posted in the reporting software.
- Providing coordination and feedback as needed with utility companies that are providing services and infrastructure for the project, as well as managing the project’s timeline and costs, is what a project manager is in charge of.
Skills:
