- Conduct meetings to review workload and expectations to ensure the accomplishment of objectives.
- Human resource tasks such as interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and performance assessments, as well as processing paperwork and maintaining employee records, may be performed.
- Information from several departments, offices, states, and regions might be distributed through a single point of contact.
- helps Managers, Directors, Executives, and Officers with routine administrative duties like setting up meetings, planning trips, and drafting routine correspondence.
- Provides customer service to internal and external parties through answering phones and producing standard correspondence, memos and reports from drafts.
- helps to create and maintain contracts and contract bids.
- Manages the department’s administrative operations, including billing, accounting, payroll, and any other related functions. Makes systems and reports to help and support administrative tasks as needed.
- Plans and executes department/program meetings, retreats, trainings, and other events as needed.
- Coordination of day-to-day tasks include procuring supplies, maintaining and fixing buildings, and repairing office machinery. Provides ongoing relationship maintenance and vendor development, which may include price quotes collection.
- coordinates office technology and leasing processes while planning space utilization.
- competence with standard office automation software, data collection fundamentals, equipment operation, and product procurement.
