  • Instructions, training, achieving goals, quick turnarounds for activities required by upper management, progressive punishment, and performance evaluation all fall under the broad category of communication.
  • Managing the internal effort to build and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, which includes ERP transaction correctness, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as needed.
