We’re searching for an experienced accounts payable clerk who will be in charge of processing all invoices for payment and ensuring that all creditors are paid accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Qualifications:

• The new worker will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and handle a variety of operations with accuracy and timeliness while working independently.
• Other functions are given by the General Accounting Manager.
• help with processing and coding accounts payable invoices is necessary.
• Receipts and payments made with the company’s credit cards must be processed and recorded.
• Make checks to be sent to the accounts payable department.
• Other clerical activities such as filing, copying, and collating are required, as well as data input for the accounting department.
• The number of years of experience you have is the only factor that determines your income.
• An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related subject is required.
• It is necessary to have a functional personal vehicle, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by the company policy.
• Arranges, classifies, tests, and maintains Accounts Payable Invoices electronic files.
