Job Description
You, as Art Director, will play a key role in the expansion of our top retail client by coordinating the efforts of designers, copywriters, merchandisers, and marketing partners. You’ll be involved in every step of the process, from brainstorming and generating campaign ideas to designing and implementing the final products (catalogs, landing pages, buying guides, social media posts, and in-club signage).

Qualifications:
- Producing original consumer promotion and shopper marketing collateral for use in agency, client, and new-business efforts.
- In charge of a group of designers and writers, you must generate promotional materials that boost sales and fortify the brand.
- Possess the flexibility to work with different product specifications and the knowledge to negotiate with promotional media providers.
- Develop promotional resources for use in electronic mail, websites, and online banner ads.
- Reach or surpass business objectives for revenue, customer retention, and customer acquisition.
- Attend kick-off meetings with our internal clients, manage project activities, and make suggestions for solutions to business needs.
- Maintain the creative direction and expectations for certain projects, making sure they align with the client, brand, store, and overarching company goals.
- Design solutions that encourage audience participation and set the conceptual and stylistic tone for a wide range of projects and campaigns.
- Deliver on-brand, results-driving content by following brand and campaign guidelines.
- Manage creative teams and projects from conception to flawless completion in collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments.
Skills:
- BFA in graphic design, advertising, or related field or equivalent visual design degree is a must.

- Capable of interacting and communicating successfully with coworkers and subordinates.
