This position is responsible for driving brand performance, increasing brand equity, and increasing market share through the activation of unique consumer insights. The Marketing Associate aids the Manager in establishing consumer communications and innovation strategies for the brand, and aids the team in its pursuit of insights that help the team gain a thorough understanding of the brand’s target audience and design memorable brand experiences. The Marketing Associate is in charge of leading and implementing projects that contribute to the brand’s communications and innovation plans, as outlined by the Marketing Manager. When it comes to communications strategy, planning, and execution, this position works closely with agency partners. This position works with sales, shopper marketing, operations, product development, and finance to help drive demand for a brand’s products and services.

Qualifications:
- Direct the strategy, planning, execution, and assessment of communication plan activities that target specific touchpoints or consumer goals. This may involve managing a cross-functional team or an agency.
- Use tools of digital intelligence to examine the competitive landscape of brand demand from consumers.
- Take charge of brand operations in a way that demonstrates your familiarity with crucial consumer insights and your ability to apply them to targeted marketing, public relations, product development, and other areas of focus.
- Develop a deeper grasp of the characteristics, psychographics, and behavioral motivators of the brand’s consumer or a specific consumer segment by utilizing market and consumer data and trends.
- Help figure out the best way to get in touch with customers at the correct time and place by laying out a plan for an effective campaign.
- Find ways to improve the business and take the reins on new initiatives to spread the word about the brand’s commitment to good nutrition, healthy living, and overall well-being.
- In order to inspire creative thinking and effective communication, brands need your help figuring out who they are and what they stand for in the eyes of their target audience.
- Manage consumer communications projects that create a creative domain that brings the brand to life and allows for effective consumer communication through a digital and social first approach.
- Makes use of information gathered from consumers, retailers, and the market as a whole to advise management on how to best allocate resources between sales and marketing in order to maximize the brand’s annual revenue target.
- Prove that you can keep projects on track and under budget, and that you can evaluate investment opportunities with an eye on minimizing losses while maximizing gains. The goal is to find ways to promote the brand’s nutrition health and wellness proposition in communications and to take the lead on any related activities.
Skills:
- Either a master’s in business, marketing, MBA, or a related field and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management are required for this position.
- It is preferable if you have experience managing marketing communication projects that include media and digital strategies.
- It is preferred if you have experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Candidates that have already developed strategic brand/product plans, including marketing communications campaigns and commercialization plans, will be given preference.
- Prior experience analyzing customer behavior by combining data and trends is a plus.
