Qualifications:
- Oversee timely and correct completion of all documentation involved with shipment transportation. Control costs while ensuring timely pick-ups and recoveries. Input rate quotations or freight costs for internal and external clients.
- Take on leadership positions within your bank or department. It is possible to lead or participate in Federal Reserve System initiatives as a member of this team.
- Ensure compliance with controls, rules, and procedures, such as the United States Treasury Currency Operations Manual, the Federal Reserve System Custody Control Principals and Standards, and local operating procedures.
- Any difficulties that might endanger teamwork, resources, or other responsibilities must be communicated to all parties involved, including workers. Keep in regular contact with the local Field Engineer to ensure everything is running well.
- Additionally, every department employee should get a complete introduction, skills and safety training, relevant documentation and other materials. This is in addition to regular evaluations and coaching.”
- In command of a self-directed group of employees (s). The manager chooses and mentors staff employees. The team’s overall direction is set. Develops and implements training programs for team members. Makes compensation, employment, and firing decisions.
- Customer service and data entry staff should be hired and trained by employers. Provide excellent customer service both internally and outside.
- Maintain accurate accounting, reporting, and recordkeeping for the department’s administrative operations in accordance with the company’s internal policies and state and federal requirements.
- The aims of the department or division are supported. Everything from product and service design to business strategy is influenced by this person. A project manager’s role is to make sure that everyone is working toward the same objectives and goals.
- Employ judgment while using your total expertise to ensure that the area is operating effectively, professionally, and in compliance with business rules and procedures.
Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management, transportation, finance, or a related subject desirable, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. Four years of similar experience is required. Two years of supervisory or leadership experience is required. Experience in the sector for at least two years is desired.
- Substitute a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement, or a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Therapy or Health Sciences.
- The individual has a highly extensive knowledge of job-related software applications, as well as internet and Microsoft Office. Perform operations of multiplication and division utilizing US and/or international currency, weight, volume, and distance measures, in addition to other units of measurement.
- Two years of related experience is required (preferably in a cash handling environment). Candidates with banking experience would be preferred. Assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of operational teams. Level III requires five years of experience. Relevant experience includes teamwork and effective leadership.
- Shown that they can lead. Ability to give work and/or responsibilities to other people so that both the organization and the individual can do their best work. Customers come first. Ability to put customers and their needs first, as well as to build and keep good relationships.
