Job Description
Product Specialists handle internal product data, provide reports, and analyze data to help Product Managers and the Category Management team make better business choices. In regards to back orders, discontinuations, product transitions, and replacements, collaborates and interacts with the Distribution and Ops teams.

Qualifications:
- You’re the one who answers the phone when a client has a problem. This involves providing updates to customers and assisting with escalations as needed.

- Contribute to the creation and prioritizing of the product road map for advertising solutions as the “voice of the customer.”

- Whenever necessary, go to client locations to execute repairs, assist/direct customers with repairs or product setup in order to provide correct and efficient technical repair and/or technical support for the company’s products.
- Support the go-to-market strategy for widespread solution adoption, and condense massive volumes of information into brief product documentation that can be utilized both internally and externally by the organization.
- Aids in getting a comprehensive grasp of the product market, rivals, consumer demands, distribution techniques, and services offered by the company.
- Back orders from manufacturers, product discontinuation and replacement, and product transitions are among the projects that she leads. Contributes to the success of the Operations team by organizing and conveying the project’s plan to the team.
- Knowledge of related product offerings, scope documentation, and department policies and procedures is essential in order to provide appropriate client solutions.
