The Music Producer is responsible for the daily technical operation of the event, and for the implementation of strategy in a professional and competent manner.

Qualifications:
- This person also needs to have excellent presentation skills, be able to conceptualize and create according to specifications, and always follow the rules.
- As required, producing/creative oversight of acts.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and estimates while monitoring spending and making sure work is completed within the allotted time and money.
- establishing connections through social meetings with business elites including managers, publicists, and record labels.
- Oversight of the music crew to assist in the actual performance of all musical events.
- Set up and conduct all licensing and synchronization rights negotiations with record labels, music publishers, and other parties as necessary.
- On budget, collaborate with the line producer, supervising producer, and music acts.
- The Music Producer role is one that relies heavily on teamwork, requiring them to coordinate the efforts of both large and small groups to realize the project’s goals.
- Take audio from TV shows, events, concerts, and interviews to use in the presentation, including sound bites.
- Be a part of regular opportunity assessments and the creation of cutting-edge soundscapes as part of your job responsibilities.
Skills:
- management experience, coaching prowess, and the ability to build teams are all pluses.
- The ability to significantly contribute to the development of novel approaches to the production of musical works for radio and digital media.
- the capacity to manage several goals in time-constrained situations while setting priorities.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the music industry; experience working for a record label or booking/producing at a variety event (late night, day, or morning) is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to assist with non-musical bookings such as celebrities, newsmakers, and athletes, and to interact with and collaborate with other members of the show’s team.
