A Concierge is the first point of contact for every resident. In a home setting, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times.

- Aims and runs social and recreational programs for the people who live in the building, like movie nights, game nights, and other social events.
- Ensure that routine requests are followed up on and that residents and service team members have someone to turn to for regular and emergency repairs. If you want immediate assistance, make a call to a professional.
- Handling and alerting residents of faxes, mail, messages and shipments is the best way to inform them of their arrival. Fax, mail, notes, and packages may be delivered to their destinations by visitors.
- Keeps the workplace safe by stopping accidents, saving equipment, and coming up with safe ways to do work.
- Build strong relationships with your coworkers to ensure that your visitors, residents, and fellow Associates all leave with a positive image of your facility.
- Investigates any suspicious behavior and monitors surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure the safety of people and property.
- Store and deliver gifts for residents, as well as enable guests and providers who have been approved to enter.
- Maintain and keep a high level for community curb appeal by performing regular inspections of all community amenities and common spaces and collaborating with the service team or other Associates to ensure that all areas are well-maintained.
- People may acquire up-to-date information about services and forthcoming events by being informed on industry trends. Establishes and maintains regular contact with data providers. Plans are in the works for resident dining, entertainment, and leisure.
- All visitors to the site, including suppliers, customers, and job seekers, should be welcomed kindly. Learn about the firm and alert the proper people about your visit (s).
- Customer service, flexibility, initiative, and Microsoft Office are among the talents required for this role.
