Qualifications:
- Preparing the necessary marketing paperwork to aid Product Delivery with advertising filing requests to states.
- Accomplish or exceed sales goals for all business types (traditional, new, and digital) and company-wide initiatives, and plan for success.
- Discover ways to assist clients in achieving their goals through efficient advertising by understanding their business objectives and advertising tactics.
- Identifying businesses that are growing, relocating, or recruiting might help you expand your clientele and achieve your objectives.
- Incorporate overall branding and creativity into the campaign solutions you build and implement to ensure that the campaign’s execution lives up to the client’s expectations.
- Share best practices with stakeholders through scheduled meetings, and actively offer practical and innovative solutions.
- analysis of direct mail, online presence, magazine ads, SMS messages, and digital/social assets, among others, is performed.
- Provide advice on various strategic initiatives from the viewpoint of associations and affinity groups.
- Act as a conduit between the compliance department and the legal, underwriting, and account management departments to proactively bolster materials and ensure compliance standards are met.

Skills:
- capable of using the Microsoft Office package. Excel and Word proficiency at the intermediate level.
- Prefer at least three years of experience in marketing or compliance within the financial services industry.
- A keen eye for detail and great project management skills are necessary, as is the ability to handle multiple projects at once while still meeting deadlines.
- college diploma and at least two years of experience in marketing, compliance, or a related industry.
- A self-starter who identifies issues and develops actionable answers and proposals. Capability to work with little supervision and direction.
