The successful Key Holder will place a high value on customer service, goods, and visual display. Qualifications:

  • Improve service levels while decreasing security threats by keeping up-to-date on payment and exchange laws, as well as requirements for security.
  • This position’s duties also include the ability to conduct tender purchases, accept cash or credit payments, count cash, and deal with customers.
  • Creating a remarkable customer experience that inspires, empowers, confirms, and encourages consumers to return.
  • Attain and surpass daily sales and productivity targets—all while assisting others in doing the same.
  • All shop opening and closing procedures are carried out correctly. The key tasks of this role are to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor product area.
  • Support your management team directly by executing your jobs with attention and speed.
  • Regularly clean and maintain the shop, implement loss prevention guidelines, guarantee quick receipt processing, keep the shelves full, and price things correctly.
  • Assist shop managers when they need assistance with outside sales calls. Respond to all messages and phone calls as fast, respectfully, and efficiently as possible.
  • Greets and assists clients; responds professionally and immediately to client inquiries and complaints; addresses customer questions/concerns Keeps up with changes in guiding principles and POS systems.
  • For correct inventory, make sure that the product invoices match the actual things that have been delivered and received, and that any paperwork associated with shipping or receiving those items is entered into the computer system precisely.

Skills:

  • Possesses the ability to mount a ladder, carry up to 40 pounds (fixture components and merchandise boxes), and stand/walk continuously.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word fluency, are essential, as as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule (e.g., on holidays, weekends, and in different places) as the company needs.
  • Ability to form and maintain good working connections with coworkers, departments, and the general public.
  • Possess a demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations in customer service and sales in a retail environment.
