Full-Time Billing Operations Manager – Ar Rayn
The Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of programs and projects through a disciplined IT project management methodology in close collaboration with business partners, team members, and various IT functions. This employee will be accountable for the completion of single or many concurrent projects, as well as major programs comprised of multiple projects. The Program Manager will be a member of the Governance Team and will, among other responsibilities, coordinate the work of project managers, create and maintain interlocking schedules for program projects, track program interdependencies, maintain and present program status, and track and address program-level risks/issues. In addition to program management responsibilities, the Program Manager will give process leadership and assistance to other Project Managers in structuring projects, advice on the use of project management tools, and lead initiatives for process improvement. Additionally, the Program Manager will mentor project managers.

- Understand how individual projects impact the program/portfolio and use discretion when bringing concerns and risks to the program/portfolio level.
- Effectively negotiate, exert influence, and think outside the box to resolve issues related to the project’s scope, timeline, cost, risk, and available resources.
- Assume a leadership role, foster a collaborative environment, and guide project managers through difficult situations.
- Focus on the client at all times while effectively communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT resources to ensure the timely completion of essential projects.
- Collaborate with the project managers, IT departments, and vendors.
- Manage programs and/or multiple concurrent projects which are not necessarily related or interdependent.
- When required, mediate and settle disputes within the program. Recognize proper escalation routes and techniques.
- Be a go-to for project managers by coordinating discovery efforts with key stakeholders, IT staff, and outside vendors to generate accurate upfront estimates for time and resources needed to complete the project.
- Oversee the program’s finances, handle multiple tasks, address issues, and keep tabs on development.
- Handle all budgeting for the program and coordinate with upper management, project leads, and suppliers to maximize efficiency.
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience leading IT projects, with emphasis on big and complex initiatives.
- Capable of managing projects and software development life cycles in either an Agile or Waterfall manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both business and technical users, solve problems, and actively listen to their needs.
- a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University; preferably in a Technical Field Related to Computing and Information Systems.
- Capacity to pick up new skills rapidly and adjust to different situations; willingness to actively seek out answers when needed.
