Job Description

The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Consultant will be a self-starter with the drive to achieve or surpass revenue targets through the development of innovative campaigns for clients. We need a somebody who can build rapport with customers and work with them to develop advertising strategies that will help them succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Identifying businesses that are growing, relocating, or recruiting might help you expand your clientele and achieve your objectives.
  • Conducts comprehensive inspections of marketing materials, such as email campaigns, websites, print ads, mobile apps, and social media profiles.
  • Make sure that the campaign execution fulfills the client’s expectations by conducting research, developing campaign solutions, and incorporating overall branding and creative.
  • look for ways to make improvements to our procedures on a regular basis and take part in operational efficiency.
  • Consult on various strategic projects to add an Association/Affinity perspective to conversations.
  • Help our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams work together to strengthen materials while ensuring rules are followed.
  • Preparing the necessary marketing paperwork to aid Product Delivery with advertising filing requests to states.
  • Understanding a client’s business goals and advertising strategies is essential to developing effective solutions to help them reach those goals.
  • Accomplish or exceed sales goals for all business types (traditional, new, and digital) and company-wide initiatives, and plan for success.
  • Through regularly scheduled meetings with stakeholders, share best practices and actively provide realistic and creative solutions.

Skills:

  • able to use Microsoft Office products with ease and proficiency. Able to perform moderately well in Excel and Word.
  • A college diploma plus equivalent job experience in marketing, compliance, or a similar profession is required.
  • You have a minimum of three years’ experience working in marketing or compliance for the banking industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and still finish on time.
  • someone who thinks by themselves and takes the initiative to identify problems, develop feasible proposals, and come up with acceptable solutions. skill to perform tasks with minimal direction and oversight.
