In this position, you’ll oversee a team of designers and a copywriter as they produce effective marketing content for use in digital mediums like email, website revisions, display, and social media ads. You’re always coming up with novel concepts, whether it’s an A/B test or an easier approach to do a task. Your digital marketing expertise has taught you how to create eye-catching email and display ads that encourage consumers to click through. You have excellent management abilities, and you can build and motivate a large team to achieve ambitious goals with clear roles and duties. You have a passion for working with internal clients as a partner to find more efficient solutions, and you also enjoy the role of coach and mentor.

Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to new circumstances and a working familiarity with promotional media providers.
- Create original content for use in email, websites, online displays, and any other marketing mediums.
- Attend kick offs with our internal clients, oversee project work, propose ideas to address the business need.
- Maintain the creative direction and expectations for particular projects, making sure they align with the campaign’s overarching goals and are appropriate for the client, brand, retailer, and client.
- It’s important to stick to the campaign’s specifications if you want to produce work that reflects well on your brand and generates positive outcomes.
- Set the idea and stylistic direction, participate actively in the design process, and offer design solutions that encourage involvement and engagement for a variety of projects and campaigns.
- Meet or beat business goals on revenue, customer retention and customer acquisition goals.
- Together with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments, lead creative projects and teams from concept to pixel-perfect completion.
- Take charge of a group of creative types and see that they crank out ads that actually do something for business.
- Creative marketing for retailers and consumers, including the creation of promotional materials for use by the agency, its clients, and any prospective new clients.
Skills:
- Capability to produce quality work within time constraints while paying close attention to detail. attitude of initiative and teamwork.
- Profound knowledge of brand development, including the best practices for implementing a brand in every facet of a marketing initiative.
- A comparable visual design degree or a BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a related profession is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, direct reports.
