Job Description

The Company Advisor collaborates closely with the Director and staff to provide private, one-on-one counseling and coaching to business owners and start-up business owners in areas such as business management, marketing, funding sources, and planning.

Qualifications:

  • Long-term sessions in a classroom may be supplemented with conferences that include open forums for debate and other public settings.
  • Maintains communication with the Release Train Engineer and IT Architects on the scheduling and delivery of requirements to ensure that the IT Development team always has work in the pipeline to produce incremental program value and that data is provided in time for planned campaign usage.

Depending on how informed the customer is or how sophisticated the company is, some clients may be treated fast, while others need a significant amount of time. It’s difficult to keep up with the speed at which company choices are made if you lack solid organizing abilities.
  • Collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk Management, and Business Experience Owners, responsible for monitoring risks within the internal control environment and advising on and suggesting risk mitigation activities.
  • When it comes to financial proposals and projections, business plans and operating strategies, as well as managerial analyses and research, the center helps with all of this and more. It also develops and implements marketing strategies to raise awareness of the center’s commercial resource offerings, and coordinates marketing efforts to get the word out.
  • Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions are when this person collaborates with IT teams to examine their requirements. Both business and IT support interact closely to guarantee that requirements are carried out and that requirements change control is maintained.

Skills:

  • 8–10 years of experience working in the consumer products or services industry, preferably with a concentration on consumer-centered, strategic data; knowledge of SQL is not essential but is strongly encouraged.
  • Extensive expertise in producing and providing essential information to stakeholders and management at all levels to impact business optimization choices.
