Qualifications:
- The target of functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) working together is to influence other processes and system priorities.
- Responsible for making sure the configuration is correct based on business and technical needs. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading Client User Testing, documenting and tracking test results, and making sure problems are fixed in a timely manner.
- Monitor deployment during the first 60-90 days of the customer’s lifetime to verify that key performance criteria are fulfilled, proactively contact customers with low use and provide best practices to increase their utilization, and discover promising areas.
- Keeps track of project plans (such as an overall plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to make sure the project is finished on time and to specifications.
- Planning the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and pointing out tests and maintenance.
- Prepare for the launch of a new process by testing new scripts, workflows, or other solutions ahead of time. Coordination of projects is required for more complex account setups to ensure a successful finish.
- Vulnerabilities and issues needing management and stakeholder attention are communicated weekly.
- Adapting Company Solutions to suit the individual needs of the Client is a crucial component of the implementation process in order to develop a solution that works well for each client, giving value and improving growth potential.
- Each implementation project must be performed in a planned and controlled manner that notifies the client of the estimated completion dates for each step of the implementation.
- Client tools and consultations, such as enablement, communications management, change management, and technical advice, are critical for customers to grasp.
Skills:
- Achieve end-to-end configuration testing, coordination and leadership of user testing, documentation and monitoring of test results and ensure problems are fixed fast.
- Bachelor’s degrees in business or related fields are desirable but not required.
- Needs little guidance from a superior management, but takes significant responsibility for the accomplishment of a project. This person also has the capacity to effectively help others in completing tasks by sharing their expertise and experience.
- At least five years of experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management is necessary.
- Alternative technological or commercial solutions are proposed in collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external).
