The Marketing Consultant embodies the Patch Values as they collaborate with the Client Success Manager and B2C Marketing teams across a wide region of clients to conduct marketing performance evaluations and respond to consultation requests.

Qualifications:
- Identify businesses that are growing, moving, or recruiting while extending your clientele in line with your objectives.
- analysis of direct mail, online presence, magazine ads, SMS messages, and digital/social assets, among others, is performed.
- Share best practices and actively offer practical and innovative solutions during routine discussions with stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals for all business types, including those that are traditional, digital, and company-wide, and plan accordingly.
- Help our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams work together to strengthen materials while ensuring rules are followed.
- Provide advice on various strategic initiatives from an Association/Affinity point of view.
- Incorporate overall branding and creativity into the campaign solutions you build and implement to ensure that the campaign’s execution lives up to the client’s expectations.
- always be on the lookout for new ways to enhance our procedures and play a part in boosting our business’s efficiency.
- Help Product Delivery with requests for state advertising filings by creating and organizing the necessary marketing materials.
- Recognize the clients’ advertising strategy and company goals, and look for ways to assist them in achieving their goals through efficient advertising.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and remain calm under pressure, and a keen eye for detail are required.
- a college degree and relevant professional experience in the fields of compliance, marketing, or a similar field.
- Preferably, you have three or more years of experience in the financial services sector in marketing or compliance.
- One who takes initiative to find solutions and make constructive suggestions. ability to perform tasks with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and/or Excel) at the intermediate level.
