Qualifications:

• Any security issues should be brought to the management ‘s attention.
• All safety precautions must be supported and implemented.
• Long-term or recurring problems can be remedied with the help of other technical resources or on your own.
• Aid in the administration of the plant’s operations.
• Test the effects of colour formulation and processing on the final outcome.
• Review production history on a regular basis to make recommendations for increasing efficiency, quality, and reducing waste.
• Choosing the most effective ways and approaches from a variety of options.
• Real-time technical assistance for operations staff.
• At work, be a positive influence and role model for others.
• Make changes to current equipment to improve product quality or operational safety.

Skills:

• It’s a plus if you’ve worked with electrochemistry or metal plating before.
• It’s a plus if you’ve worked on printed circuit boards before.
• It’s important to show that you know how to conduct quality scientific research and develop experiments.
• Concentrated or dangerous substances, such as strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or hazardous compounds, should be handled and diluted with caution.
• It is required that you have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
