Job Description
To achieve the organization’s goal of delivering value-added financial services to its members/owners, the CEO is responsible for the entire management of the company. CEO are tasked for overseeing operations, ensuring that they are run according to best practices, and presenting regular status reports to the board of directors.

Qualifications:
- Manage the organization’s operations at the local level by developing and implementing local operating procedures and programs and by implementing management systems, controls, and standards in their implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of operating budgets and financial statements as a managerial tool.
- Take on the role of a staff leader who is inspiring, accessible, and supportive. This will help you build a diverse, high-talent team for your company. Ensure that communication and decision-making are done with rigor, quality, clarity, and transparency. Departments should work together in a constructive and cooperative way.
- Engaging communication that successfully communicates the association’s beliefs and aims to all stakeholders (all levels of employees, customers, the board, Farm Credit Administration, funding bank and communities, etc.).
- Contribute ideas and solutions to the creation of more productive and efficient working methods and new projects.
- To ensure that the organization’s financial viability is maintained and that its track record of disciplined, lean financial management is maintained Following the completion of strategic planning, evaluate the organization’s structure, operations, policies, personnel, business model, and financial needs, and make any necessary improvements. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s use of technology in all facets of its operations. In order to maintain the integrity of the organization’s activities on behalf of the public trust, extraordinary stewardship and strict adherence to extremely high standards must be maintained.
- To make sure that employees are working and that the organization’s goals are being met while also making sure that everyone feels welcome at work.
- All financial, operational, personnel, and marketing challenges and actions must be reported to the board of directors in a timely and correct manner.
- Proactively manage the association’s controls, financial and operational performance, and direct lender authority and accountability (i.e., capital requirements, asset quality requirements, management and staff effectiveness, earnings requirements and liquidity requirements).
- Manage the financial outcomes of the firm, ensuring a comprehensive business strategy that generates the highest amount of shareholder value, all in accordance with our cooperative values.
Skills:
- A person’s capacity for successful management and leadership includes the ability to recruit, hire, train and develop personnel as well as to achieve results through collaborating with others.
- The capacity to manage several tasks at the same time, ranging from the strategic to the administrative, and the ability to synthesize, prioritize, and act has been shown.
- Marketing, public relations, and fundraising expertise are required, as well as the ability to work successfully with a broad range of stakeholders from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Having a firm grasp of the principles of managed care, such as the organization of the delivery system and the financial implications of each program’s implementation.
- Exceptional managerial abilities in the areas of strategy, motivation, interpersonal communication, and negotiation.
