An experienced Practice Manager is needed to oversee daily operations at our clinic. The duties of a Practice Manager encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from personnel operations and administration to scheduling and billing. The ideal candidate has a cheerful outlook, strong customer service abilities, and five to seven years of experience managing a clinic.

Qualifications:
- process analysis and implementation for office activities like payroll processing, cash handling, and invoice handling.
- Establishing and carrying out office budgets and managing the purchase of standard office supplies and equipment.
- managing the need for vacation time, assigning work shifts, and keeping an eye on mandatory training.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in data compilation, storage, and retrieval software in order to generate reports for upper management.
- Control the number of medical, administrative, and billing staff members on duty at all times and monitor their daily progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with human resources to assess, investigate, and resolve employee concerns during the hiring, employment, and dismissal processes.
- Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
- The Practice Manager plays a critical role in the daily operations of the hospital and reports directly to the chief of staff.
- Maintain a risk-free workplace by adhering to all applicable health and safety rules and legislation (both federal and local) and following all established office processes and corporate policy.
- Engage in open dialogue with the hospital to aid in problem solving and goal setting in tandem with the Clinical and Practice Management Leadership.
Skills:
- Must understand the foundations of confidentiality, record keeping, and human resources law.
- In addition to being able to communicate (verbally and in writing) with patients, physicians, and other departments, one must be able to manage all departmental tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems, as well as the guts to face and address issues within the team.
- Equivalent office management experience (2+ years) will be considered.
- Three years of experience in a related field (medicine, veterinary medicine, customer service, etc.), with at least one year of that in a supervisory role, is required (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).
