You will work as a Solution Architect on the whole application design and development lifecycle process, which turns business requirements into working software systems, services, and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Develop and put into action creative and original ideas that are capable of resolving the technical issues outlined by the clients. Design and conduct new research on your own initiative, in addition to participating as a partner in a team setting inside existing companies.
- Involved in business analysis and solution engineering, as well as supporting functional and technical requirements management, including driving software selection processes
- When architects collaborate with other architects to support the product vision and adhere to solution and program increment plans, they may meet the cross-functional architectural demands.
- Makes sure that these systems are compatible with and meet the IT architecture standards of the client. This includes putting in place specific solutions for public or private cloud platforms, integrating them with other systems, and making sure the external interfaces work.
- Creating novel solutions to aid major capture programs while balancing cost, time, function, quality, and other business concerns. Create and promote value propositions to aid in the development of capture strategies.
- White papers, proposals, and briefings will be produced in order to illustrate the level of thought leadership possessed by the company, as well as to support a variety of marketing and business development efforts that include direct interaction with customers.
- To solve important machine-learning or artificial difficulties, identify and collaborate with possible sponsors (customers or internal champions) to gain financing for new research endeavors based on these themes for imaginative and original R&D methods
- Create product solution specifications that are based on a thorough understanding of how people interact with technology and how that technology interacts with each other.
- Conformity with the client’s information technology architecture, which may include the implementation of cloud-based solutions, system integration, and external interfaces.
- Employing data scientists, engineers and researchers from other departments to assist you in the creation of challenging R&D projects from conception to completion.
Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5 years in software development and 5 years in solution design. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar field, or comparable education and/or work experience; Required: HS diploma or GED
- Able to take charge of technical planning and solutions for a portfolio of software, such as making software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and proving why technical recommendations are best.
- Extensive knowledge in defining a wide range of solution types, including new system builds, legacy improvements, build vs. purchase analyses, and the integration of COTS software packages, Software as a Service or Platform as a Service as components of the solution
- At least five years of hands-on expertise with data modeling and data engineering, feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and cloud infrastructure. Supervised and unsupervised deep learning algorithms like convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and gated recurrent unit; working in data analysis, modeling, and visualization packages in TensorFlow, Kera, PyTorch, Caffe, and Theano; and developing or integrating analytics in programming languages like Python.
- Applicants must have either a Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of previous relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. In addition to years of experience, credentials in the industry will be taken into consideration.
