An Program Analyst makes sure that the complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs are running smoothly and that they are meeting everyone’s needs. He or she also makes sure that the operations are running smoothly and that there are no problems.

Qualifications:
- Analyze how well the structure of the organization unit works; how well management policies, practices, and procedures work; and how well administrative operations and processes work. Qualitative and quantitative methods can be used.

Skills:

- The ability to work in a project management office or business management office for at least two years (e.g. financial management, schedule management, risk management, communications management)
- able to interpret the policy implications of a certain topic, initiative, or development in the context of one’s own geographic or functional expertise.
