Qualifications:
- Analyze and improve channel performance continuously to make sure it meets or exceeds goals; share findings with the larger acquisition team and marketing leadership.
- Maintain a Consistent Level of Optimization by always seeking optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative collaboration, landing page optimization, and other methods.
- Produce innovative ideas and openings to guarantee the success of client initiatives.
- Engage with senior client executives to align key agency resources to meet client needs and to grow the client’s business.
- Take charge of managing client relationships at your digital media agency.
- You can aid the group’s efforts by enforcing strict deadline observance and maintaining the highest quality standards in all client work.
- Construct and carry out customer-focused campaigns and activities that result in lasting, mutually beneficial business partnerships. Manage the creation of online advertising initiatives (with a major focus on paid social).
- Campaigns should be actively tested and tracked for traffic, delivery, and activity in order to glean insights from analytics and enhancement suggestions.
- Take charge of the whole process of creating an acquisition or performance campaign, from brainstorming and ideation to launching and optimizing across digital channels to measuring results.
- Manage the annual budgeting process in addition to the monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting on traffic, revenue, spending, return on investment, and other performance KPIs at the channel level.
Skills:
- track record of success pitching new business to existing and potential customers.
- Experience designing and strategizing integrated campaigns with a paid social focus, incorporating different techniques.
- possessing at least five years’ experience in the media industry and working in or for an agency as their preferred occupation.
- Proven skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly pick up and use other productivity applications.
- Capable of leading in person and over the phone client presentations, with strong emphasis on quarterly business reviews.
