Job Description
The Concierge is in charge of the whole visitor/owner experience, including pre-arrival communication, coordination, delivery, and follow-up on guest requests. Every day, the Concierge is in charge of fostering a good, warm, inviting, and “at your service” atmosphere. This person will provide suggestions based on their tastes, vendor contacts, and knowledge of the local region. They will guarantee that itinerary plans for guest stays are sent and booked on schedule. The Concierge will ensure that pre-arrival arrangements are properly set up. This person will meet each visitor with a smile and a pleasant hello while adhering to pre-determined rules. This individual will be in charge of the entire visitor / owner experience and will be able to manage a wide range of guest difficulties and demands. The positional expectation is to meet or exceed expectations on a continual basis.

Qualifications:
- Regularly examine and collaborate with the service team or other Associates to ensure that all community facilities and common spaces are well-maintained so that the community’s curb appeal remains high.
- Welcoming all on-site family members and visitors, including vendors, clients, and job candidates. Find out what the business is and tell the right people about visitors.
- Faxes, mail, messages, and parcels are processed and residents are notified of their arrival. Make it easier for visitors to send faxes and goods via the mail.
- The property manager organizes and implements social and recreational events for tenants, such as movie nights and game nights.
- Helps keep the workplace safe by preventing accidents, taking care of equipment, and using safe work practices.
- Repair requests for regular maintenance may be followed up on by establishing a link between residents and service staff. You should contact for aid as soon as possible if you find yourself in an emergency situation.
- Ensures the protection of both people and property by investigating any suspicious conduct and monitoring security cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms.
- Keep visitors, residents, and other Associates happy by getting along with your coworkers.
- In order to give customers with up-to-date information about services and forthcoming events, businesses must stay abreast of technological developments in the sector. Keeps in touch with key data sources on a regular basis to ensure they’re up to date on developments. Residents’ dining, theatrical, and recreational options are planned.
- Answer resident enquiries, manage resident requests, manage package storage and delivery, and enable approved guests and suppliers into the property.
Skills:

- To be successful in this position, you must have a solid understanding of resort activities and operations.
- When applying for this position, you must be able to interact with customers and be able to utilize Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality, administration, or marketing is required.
