Qualifications:
- Giving all guests fast, friendly, and professional service, Maintain a high level of service and hospitality. Deal with guest concerns and complaints as quickly as possible and as satisfactorily as needed.
- All arriving guests must be registered, with all necessary information, a completed registration card, and a payment mechanism established. Accept and record credit card and picture ID information on guest accounts, as well as providing change as necessary.
- Check the machine totals against the daily payments and expenditures, produce deposit slips, and keep the Guest Services Manager informed on the daily bank status. Changes required
- You’ll clean the lobby, staff break room, guest laundry, workout room, vending areas, stairwells, and public spots as directed by the management.
- Close guest accounts when they leave and make sure they were happy. In case of dissatisfaction, look into the problem and try to solve it according to the rules; this could mean giving the problem to a supervisor.
- The moment a guest walks through the door, they should be greeted with a warm greeting that exudes sincerity. It is important to have a voice that is upbeat and easy to hear, to listen carefully in order to comprehend the demands that are being made, to reply with the proper action, and to offer factual information, such as the store hours and the nearby attractions.
- Hotel information, including as messages, reports, and files, must be kept confidential and safe at all times. Take care of all reservation requests, both incoming and outgoing, and look after lost and found items according to the General Manager’s instructions.
- Contribute to the success of several other departments, including Breakfast, Social, Housekeeping, and Laundry, amongst others. Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel’s restrooms, lobby, and any other public areas.
- A hotel’s commitment to excellent customer service and collaboration may be seen in the quality of its employees. Deliver a fantastic customer experience with pleasant, smiling service and a quick and precise check-in, and you’ve achieved product excellence.

Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. A minimum of three years of front desk experience and proficiency with computers are required.
- Property management software expertise is needed for this post. Every shift report must be examined, and audits must be done as intended.
- Capability to stand and move across the front office while continuously carrying out essential job obligations Capability to read, listen, and communicate well in spoken and written English.
- Accurate and timely data entry requires the use of strong computer abilities. Detecting impending disasters requires the ability to hear and see early warning indicators.
- To moderate anger, obtain correct information, and resolve challenges, effectively engage with internal and external consumers who need patience, tact, and diplomacy.
