Qualifications:
- Track and review the actions of outsourced construction firms to verify compliance with safety, quality, timelines and budgets, cost efficiency and control, and outcomes.
- taking the lead in budgetary management of the project’s multiple cost components and establishing early project-specific cost estimates
- Identifying and vetting all essential subcontractors for the project, including all site and construction trades, such as electricians and plumbers
- Participating in meetings, keeping an eye on renters’ work, resolving arguments and providing feedback are all examples of methods to function as an information resource.
- is responsible for maintaining communication and acting as a liaison between the carrier and the several government entities engaged in freight transportation, including the City’s approval and inspection processes.
- To guarantee that the carrier’s interests are reflected in the examination of proposal requests for modification and other contract material, such as extra instructions or requests for information,
- All build-to-suit contracts, spec houses, model upkeep, subdivision maintenance, signage, and all other concerns essential to manage an efficient subdivision must be effectively communicated with the Sales Counselor.

- Coordinates with Control Manager to ensure appropriate posting in reporting program of consultant bills, contractor pay applications, and change orders.
Skills:
- Work closely with the general contractor and project consultants to finish the project on time and on budget, finding any deviations from the business plan.
- know a great deal about pre-design and pre-construction, building systems and components, contract management, project delivery methodologies, team building, and client relationship development.
- Extensive industrial supervisory experience with mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural construction contractors and teams.
- A depth knowledge of the contract’s quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes. Manager of Site Quality Assurance (SQCM)
- you must be familiar with construction contract agreements and be able to read, understand, and coordinate consultant drawings and specifications.
