The Music Producer is the project manager and is in charge of working with the team and the artists to develop and implement creative musical content. A self-starter with a sense of humor who can work effectively in a small team and whose aesthetic is in line with the brand is the ideal applicant.

Qualifications:
- Set up and conduct all licensing and synchronization rights negotiations with record labels, music publishers, and other parties as necessary.
- Meeting and getting to know managers, publicists, and label executives through events, meetings, and other networking opportunities is crucial for breaking into the music industry.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and estimates while monitoring spending and making sure work is completed within the allotted time and money.
- Get sound snippets, full interviews, performances, etc. to use in the program.
- Be a part of regular opportunity assessments and the creation of cutting-edge soundscapes as part of your job responsibilities.
- This person also needs to be proficient in communicating ideas and designs while keeping to all relevant regulations.
- Working with both small and big groups to realize desired vision and success, the music producer position is a highly collaborative one.
- Management of the music staff to assist in the execution of all musical performances.

- Collaborate with the line producer, executive producer, and performing artists on a budget.
Skills:
- You need to have at least 8 years of experience in the music industry, preferably in booking or producing for a variety event (late night, all day, early morning, or similar).
- the ability to handle competing demands and make important decisions under pressure.
- Ability and willingness to contribute to bookings that aren’t related to music, such as but not limited to celebrities, public figures, and athletes, as well as to engage and work with other teams on the program.
- The ability to significantly contribute to the development of novel approaches to the production of musical works for radio and digital media.
- Proven track record as a manager with coaching and team building skills.
