Job Description
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to help our new mid-market clients get up and running with our system as quickly as possible. As a member of the Implementation team, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring that all client deliverables are fulfilled.

Qualifications:
- Project stakeholders get weekly status briefings on project accomplishments, plans for the next week, and issues needing management and stakeholder attention.
- Before implementing new workflows, scripts, or solutions, test them. Provide project coordination for more complex account setups to assure success.
- identifying the scope of work, allocating the appropriate cash and staff, setting deadlines, devising communication strategies, and describing the sorts of testing and maintenance to be conducted on software projects
- Configuring Company Solutions to meet Client Requirements to allow the delivery of a solution that works effectively for each customer, producing value and optimising growth potential, is an important aspect of the implementation process.
- With a structured and regulated implementation process, it is simpler for the customer to know when each phase is expected to be completed.
- Plan and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor results, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, and verify the configuration meets business and technical demands.
- Keep an eye out for clients who aren’t utilizing the service as often as they should be, and provide them best practices to encourage them back into the habit.
- Enable, communicate, manage change, and provide technical assistance to customers to show them the benefit of client tools and consulting.
- The goal of SMEs working together is to influence other processes and system priorities by collaborating between functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) from the business side (internal and external).
- WBSs and a well-thought-out project schedule are essential to completing a project on time and within budget.
Skills:
- People with bachelor’s degrees in business or related fields are best suited for this job, but it’s not required.
- Accountable for ensuring that the configuration is accurate in accordance with business and technical requirements, which includes, but is not limited to, completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading user testing, documenting and tracking test results, and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly.
- Accepts major responsibility for project completion; effective ability to assist others in project completion via knowledge sharing; needs minimal supervision from a more senior manager.
- A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal and external) collaborates with functional and technical subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions; advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and systems priorities.
- a minimum of five years’ experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, client success, relationship development, and change management is needed.
