Full-Time Coordinator, Content Production – Al Duwadimi
Job Description
The Production Coordinator provides invaluable assistance to the Executive Producers. They oversee all forms of communication, ensuring that the Executive Producers and the rest of the team are getting what they need from one another to keep working effectively.

Qualifications:
- maintenance of production schedules for both the team and the network, including the reporting of music cue sheets.
- Organize and manage a variety of internal and external workflows, such as hiring and hiring of personnel, scheduling, onboarding of talent, contracting, production/post production status, and delivery.
- Provide general assistance on various production support tasks as needed from pre-production through delivery.
- Through assistance with presentation preparation, financial measurements, and support for the creation of internal project management tools, you may encourage the adoption of new processes, structures, and technology throughout the firm as it relates to Production.
- assistance in developing in-house tools and tracking software for VFX and virtual production. Take care of improvement requests when they come up.
- As a member of the production and VFX team and in collaboration with the physical production and animation teams, contribute to the company’s culture of curiosity and self-disciplined proactive responsibility.
- Provide research to support attempts to develop a more harmonious relationship between technology partners and cross-industry production teams.
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of professional and other productions for the network, including but not limited to the development and dissemination of event documentation.
- Track and maintain milestones for virtual production on a weekly basis, updating stakeholders on the situation.
- The Truck/Crew Vendor Coordinator works with the Director of Operations and event staff to ensure that all necessary equipment and personnel are available for each event.
Skills:
- sincere interest in the production business and the creation of content.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the capacity for original problem-solving
- aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple projects at once in a high-pressure setting (from development through delivery).
- You should be proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook as well as the other Microsoft Office programs.
- Various coordination experience in VFX, production, gaming, or studio.
