Our company is currently seeking an Investment Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will primarily assist the firm’s advisers with client management and workflow coordination to ensure that they deliver excellent service. Client relationship assistance includes but is not limited to ensuring clients’ requirements are fulfilled, responding to clients’ enquiries, preparing advisers for client review meetings, and attending to other tasks and concerns as needed. Candidate must be tech savvy and meticulous in their approach to their work.

Qualifications:

  • For proper disposal of all customer information, regular shredding of outdated or superfluous records is recommended.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and promptness in responding to all electronic correspondence; resolve issues and complaints as they arise.
  • Account opening, account closing, power of attorney, trading authorization, life insurance and annuity account linking, completing registrations, and fulfilling service requests are all part of the client service process.
  • Maintain good operational order for the practice’s use of all shared office equipment, and notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies and make sure that needs, such as things for the break room, are always available.
  • Trading and accounting software for managing the purchase and sale of fixed income and equity instruments.
  • Create and manage client files, generate reports and databases, and otherwise ensure that all required documentation and information is present and accurate in order to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • As directed by the firm’s advisor, create and manage client files, compile client forms and reports, and initiate correspondence.
  • Assist in leading transaction teams with duties including locating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and producing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
  • Maintain current client information in the contact management system and contact database for marketing, scheduling, reporting, and fee tracking purposes.
  • Front desk support, such as greeting customers and visitors to the office, answering the phone with a friendly tone and taking detailed messages, are all part of your responsibilities.

Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although work experience and college credits earned will also be considered.
  • Experience in finance or a similar discipline, such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc., is required.
  • abilities in managing clients or providing excellent customer service that have been demonstrated. Identifying the client’s issues and providing or initiating a solution are all part of this process.
  • Ability to function independently and effectively under time constraints in a hectic atmosphere.
  • Fluency in Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors are all definite pluses.
